SUPPORT RESOURCES: If you have any questions with the installation, please first refer to your Installation Guide and the Support area of our www.DidITBetter.com website for FAQs and Technical Bulletins. If you still cannot find the resolution, please submit an online support request by visiting: www.diditbetter.com/submit+a+support+request.aspx or emailing our Support team at Support@DidItBetter.com. During your software maintenance, you are entitled to free Level 1 email support. Email support is handled on a first come, first serve basis. If you require Level 2 or higher support (phone support, remote support, priority support and/or after hours support services), please review our available support options under the Support categories to purchase a support incident. You may also contact your account representative to purchase any of our Support services.
SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE: Software maintenance includes free Level 1 email support for your licensed solution and allows you to take advantage of the latest enhancements, updates, and upgrade releases for your licensed solution. Software maintenance does not include add ons or special modules. Software maintenance does not include troubleshooting or providing support for 3rd party software products or server configuration issues or Level 2 or higher support. Please note if you let your software maintenance expire, email support will be at least $65 per incident and you will no longer be eligible for free updates/upgrades of your licensed solution.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All sales are final. We offer no refunds and no returns once the solution(s), software maintenance /renewals, add ons, and/or support is purchased. No cancellations.
