Premier Support, 2 hours
This premier support covers up to 2 hours of remote/phone support services with one of our engineers for help with your solution install, updates, upgrade, troubleshooting, relationship set up, migration, moving the solution to a new replacement server/machine, or for help with one of our other DidItBetter Software solutions.
Each remote session has a half hour minimum with any time thereafter billed in 15 minute increments. Sessions are held by appointment: Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST (last appointment at 4 pm), excluding holidays; after hours available and billed at time and half for every hour.
