Block Premier Support
Premier Remote/Phone support with one of our engineers for help with your solution install, update, upgrade, troubleshooting, relationship set up, migration, moving the solution to a new replacement server/machine, or for help with one of our other DidItBetter Software solutions. Select one of the following from the Hourly Block: 4 hour block for $399, 8 hour for $720, 15 hour for $1305, 20 hour for $1699.
Each remote session has a half hour minimum with any time thereafter billed in 15 minute increments. Sessions are held by appointment: Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST (last appointment at 4 pm), excluding holidays; after hours available and billed at time and half for every hour.
Recommended Essential Tools: If you are not licensed for the Add2Exchange tools, you can save 50% on the tool licenses when purchased with this service: Add2Exchange ToolBox, add $125 (reg. $250), Add2Exchange Recovery & Migration Manager, add $125 (reg. $250), or both add-on tools, add $250 (reg. $500).
