4 Hr Premier Support with A2E ToolBox & Recovery & Migration Mgr Tools
This covers up to 4 hours of remote/phone support with one of our techs for help on your Add2Exchange solution install, update, upgrade, troubleshooting, relationship set up, migration/move or for help with one of our other DidItBetter Software solutions. Each remote session has a half hour minimum with any time thereafter billed in 15 minute increments. Sessions are held by appointment: Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST (last appointment at 4 pm), excluding holidays; after hours available and billed at time and half for every hour.This also includes a license of the Add2Exchange ToolBox and a license of Add2Exchange Recovery & Migration Manager tools at a discounted price of $250 (sold separately $500 -- savings $250) when purchased with Premier Support.
